I recommend for you to use thermal protectant on your hair before styling.

The only way you can get rid of split ends is to cut them, unfortunately. Once you cut them then try to prevent it from happening. Purchase a heat protecting serum, Garnier makes a really good one. Before you style your hair, use the protection serum :) hope this helps

There are some things that make split ends appear healthier but the only way to rly get rid of them is to cut them off - otherwise there is just dead hair weighing down your hair that can never be repaired... I like paul mitchell moisture shampoo & conditioner its awesome and makes hair look so much more healthy - other than that make sure you use a heat seal spray before you apply any heat to hair and after applying heat use a sealing serum to replinish moisture - I like PM heat seal pre heat and PM super skinny serum post heat - all these products working together really made a difference for my hair - I haven't cut it for a couple months and I barely notice any split ends its amazing.

To strengthen your hair try a morocon oil or keretin serum or spray.

There's a bed head serum for split ends. It smells amazing and it actually works.

As said above all you can do is cut them. Make sure you get regular trims. Is your hair color treated? What is the texture? Have some great suggestions but need to know these questions. Would hate to recommend something for say fine hair and weigh it down.

Trim them, but split ends won't prevent hair from growing! try morocan oil serum and coconut oil in the end of your hair to prevent them,I think most people get them no matter their hair type. Also when you are home and go to sleep just do protective styles like braids and buns etc.I've heard brushing your hair while it is wet causes split ends etc. Also try using a wide tooth comb more than a brush a brush causes more breakage.

I use L'Or?al sulphate free range. Sulphates dry your hair our which is great if you have oily hair but for me it strips moisture. Since using it my hair feels silky smooth. Its about?6 a bottle but boots normally do an offer.
