Straighten or curl your whole head, then at the too of your head get two 1 inch sections and braid them into a pipe cleaner, shape them to look like cat ears. You can wear any outfit for this depending on what colour cat you are, and you really only need black eyeliner for makeup, like this

A common white girl: find the most white girl outfit you can find, some PINK yoga pants, printed leggings or high waisted shorts/pants. A shirt you'd commonly see on tumblr or a baggy sweater, and ugg boots or doc martens. Then put your hair in a top knot. Also carry around things like an iPhone, Nutella, etc

A ghost: grab a bed sheet and cut out two holes for the eyes, and be a ghost. It's a classic and never fails, you can also add cute props like moustaches and stuff.
