So what exactly is co wash and how do I use it?

Co washing is just washing your hair with conditoner go on youtube and search for some videos it will easier to see than me describing it to you :)

Co wash is washing your hair with conditioner instead of shampoo. its great for adding extra moisture to your hair when it feels dry. just moisturize and seal your hair after :)
