I've read that large pores is smth which you get genetical.yes you can use astringent products ( like those which contain citric acid) but it's only an appearance, they can't be treated. Also finish wadhing face with cold water.

There is nothing to make your pores smaller they will always be there but cleaning and moisturizing them will help in their appearance make sure not to use harsh exfoliates or harsh toners because they will dry out your skin. Also drying out your skin will leave an unbalance therefore your skin will be more oily in the long run

Alexandra is absolutely right, bwt using too much/ often astringent products makes skin lose it's firmness.

The only real way is to clean them very well the cleaner they are the smaller they appear - good ways to clean are exfoliation with glycolic acid and toner with witch hazel - other products can fill in the pores also making them appear smaller when you apply the product but the effect fades when you wipe it off - those would be silica/slilicone based products like there are good primers and setting powders that can help including benefit's porefessional and clarins instant smooth base for powders there is MUFE hd powder and tarte smooth operator also certain products like bb cream are good for minimizing the look of pores too I like tarte bb cream it works great for that - hope this helps.

Nyx makes a good pore minimizing cream. you have to rub it in super well but it gives your skin a porcelain appearance. I agree with the ladies, you can't shrink your pores but you can fake it. use oil free makeup and lotions too and have blotting paper around incase your skin starts to look oily. oily skin needs moisture, if your skin gets dry then it will overproduce oils to compensate so keep it lotioned up and always remove makeup before bed!
