I only apply in the spots you mentioned too and I never have problems with the rest of my skin.. Just the necessary spots work for me.

I apply ir all over, I live in a dry city with really extreme weather. And I usually tend to go over dry areas with a more mosturizing lotion.

I apply mine all over but I don't use a body lotion per se...I use coconut oil instead because I too do not like the sticky feeling I get. I only use the coconut oil at night because I wear sunscreen during the day.

I moisturize all over. It feels nice to be soft lol
@shelley: do you keep the coconut oil solid and just rub it in like normal moisturizer? Do you wash it off after?
