I would straighten your hair and do loose curls at the bottom, you could even tease your hair a bit at the part, her hair has body but is flat? She usually wears a nude pink lipgloss, she not to crazy on eye shadow, but I would do a subtle smokey eyes or a metallic shade on the outer-part of your lid.
