Are there any ways to naturally remove some or most of the spider veins? Mine are all over my cheeks.

My skin esthetician said to just to just leave them, don't pick at them. The only real way to get rid them is to laser them. You could also just invest in a really good concealer and cover them up. I have a little one on my cheek too.

Def use lemon juice! I saw a few red broken capillaries around my cheeks and mouth and I dabbed lemon juice on it every night. Within a few days they disappeared! So awesome.

Some estheticians will treat them with a LamProbe machine. It is an effective treatment. They are say taking the supplement Butcher's Broom helps to strengthen the capillary walls, which helps preventing new broken capillaries. It will not cure the ones you already have.
