Your skin looks good I would say. The problem with skin routine is that you have to try a lot of things to understand what works for you. But in my opinion the basic things are -> a good makeup remover, a wash gel for face, mousturizing cream and one nutritive for nighr, a gentle scrub. Salicylic acid and AHA help fighting with blasck heads, miliums so can get a mask worh salicylic and white clay or an aha peeling. I think you sholuld go to the drustore and ask for some help, there you will get some help in choosing the best products in accordance to your skin type, moreover they are professional and give better advice:-)
Also you can get a mask which woyld give your skin some shine, energy, vitamins and an night eye cream with caffeine maybe:-)

I wish I could give you my long informative answers ( check out my profile ) but I'm on my phone and I don't recommend asking drug store clerks they're not dermatologist and half the time don't even know what the hell they're talking about... Lol. I would ask a pharmacist if anyone.
