I saw this a while ago but it's just been confusing me since then. Can certain teas actually clear you skin?

Yes green teas. Teas that have antioxidants. Anything that has antioxidants is good for your skin. Green tea also helps with digestion and reduces bloating :)

To add to Miiso...you should make sure that it is actually green tea, not green tea flavored...like lipton for example.

If you're interested in skin clearing tea, you should look up this the Skin Detox tea by Yogi. Check out the reviews on it amazon or anywhere else you'd like, most people who purchased this tea overwhelmingly agree that it helps clear up acne and gives the skin a beautiful glow. It's a green tea (with several other helpful things like rose petal, hibiscus flower, dandelion root and orange peel) and it's also certified organic.
