I would recommend tea tree gel, I got a little thing of it (it looks like a lip gloss) for cheap from the Body Shop and used it on some zits and acne scarring I had and although I don't know if its meant to fix acne scars, it deffinetly made mine fade!

I found that using masks help me a lot! they are drying so use a moisturizer. You seem to have fairly large pimples some flat some more 3D so some are still developing and some are healing but I don't see scaring because they are so red in color.
as for tips. I like to use bb cream with a little moisturizer before using full coverage foundation and concealer thus making for maximum coverage, I also like to go a shade darker in my foundation because I find that darker foundation covers more for me
