We use to offer free trims with a wash n set or they get a card and you punch a star out every time they come and after 3 or 5 times they get a free cut somthing that does not cost you money in products

I love kellys idea, you could also provide a personal consultation free of charge on what looks may be good for someone. Free root touchup when you color hair will bring people back or a complimentary eyebrow wax is always good.
