Is it ingrown hairs?

I've had these dots all over my legs for a few years I'm guessin there ingrown hairs I've tried exfoliating and everything nothing is working please help I want clear smooth legs :(

It looks like keratosis pilaris or KP. I have it, it isn't contagious it's a skin condition that doesn't go away. I have found that extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil helps ALOT. You have to use it everyday but it will make a difference. You can also look up KP online there are skin creams sold just for that but they are very expensive and and they aren't a cure. I've also found that tanning helps too, buy drink lots if water and keep your skin very hydrated.

If I go to a doctor do you think they could prescribe me a cream or medication for it?

Maybe they could but nothing that would cure it. Your best bet us doing research and talking to people who have it. Try the things I told you and you can also post on hee adding about it because there are other ladies here in beautylish who have it too.
