It could be "strawberry legs" if you shave they sometimes happen

It might be razor burn.

You know, try to wash your problem zones with coffe ground
it will clear your skin and there`ll be less ingrown hair

Make sure you exfoliate your legs before you shave every time. you'll stop the red bumps and your legs will stay smoother longer.

I have this. I am not sure If it is Keratosis Pillaris but I have used the remedies for this with some success. I have made sure I exfoiliate & have been using a body moisturizer containing AHA ( Palmer's aging moisturizer). I have also been using Extra Virgin Coconut Oil & these have worked wonders. My thighs have cleared up immensely.

I agree with Louise that it may be keratosis pilaris. ove production of protein clogging the hair follicles. exfoliate and moisturize. I have the same problem. It doesn't go away but doing that does help.
