How can you rock a black peacoat? When is it cold enough? Help!
Are boots and a scarf to much? What about black flats?

I wore my leather coat and Burberry scarf so now is okay. I wore it at night though. When it's more coler.

ROCK it girl! almost everything goes good with a stylish peacoat, but here's what I would wear.
black boots
thin colored scarf
white tshirt or tank top
dark blue skinny jeans or a black mini skirt.
