Nude or white eyeliner on the waterline.Rimmel kohl kajal waterproof eyeliner pencils work great! Also, making your top crease more higher opens upyour eyes A LOT.

-curling your lashes and applying a lot of mascarra, focusing in length as apposed to volume
-a white or peach eyeliner on the waterline
-white or cream eyeshadows, especially shimmers as they attract the light to your eyes.
-avid dark eyeshadow colours
-arching your brow a little higher
-using plenty of undereye concealer and brightener
