I recently started using it, about two weeks ago, and it is definatly having a good effect on my skin. I was getting terrible cystic acne, and blackheads like crazy. the cetaphil has helped a lot. I had oily skin due to my skin adjusting to the new climate I live in, but it has helped with that a lot as well.

I think Cetaphil is a good cleanser for dry and sensitive skin. It couldn't get rid of my acne but helped with dryness.
