Eye makeup for blue eyes. Help!

I have blue eyes and I really don't know what colors of eyeshadow to use. Is wearing blue tacky?? What colors are the best for my eyes?

I have blue eyes too :) I think that creams, browns and purples look good on blue eyes. I like to do a brown or a purple smoky eye, as the colours make the blue stand out. Using classic black also gives our blue eyes a pop of colour, but it can be a bit dramatic and take the attention away from our eye colour and towards our makeup instead, so use black carefully! :)

Also, I sometimes use a blue or green eyeliner as well as my usual black or brown eyeliner, to add an extra pop of colour. I don't see why you can't use any colour on your eyes! Makeup is art, after all :)

Nice brown smokey eyes with a black cat flick is my go to look at the moment! I have very icy blue eye and it makes them stand out soo much! :)
