Some have slightly different curves and lengths for different eye shapes, and the spring and grip vary. that's about it I believe :)

Your right Elizabeth,and the silicone band in some hold up more pressure as well.also the mini curler helps grab the ends of lashes to show more of a flared cat eye look. :-)

The only real difference I have ever heard of is in the cushion that grips your eyelashes, the smooth silicone ones tend to be easier to clean, therefore less likely to transfer germs into the eyes.
