I'm 13 and very new to make up and I was wondering if I should have a skin care routine if so what do you suggest? I have normal skin (not dry or oily) and I don't have very many spots.

I think if your skin is normal you don't need to go all out, just a good cleanser (try cetaphil) and a moisturizer, and maybe some SPF. And like you said, you are young and don't have many spots, so an acne treatment isn't really necessary at the time. I hope this helped! :)

I wouldn't go too crazy at thirteen. Like Dana said, a cleanser and moisturizer with SPF (or you can get a separate sunscreen, whichever you prefer) and be done with it.
