Try spraying setting spray before, it helps me a lot with that, I use mac's prep+prime fix+

Maybelline color tattoo's could work as your primer too, or mac's paint pots! Those are pretty good.

The Mac paint pot is a base and if used with greasy eyelids it will crease as well, have you tried using Too faced insurance eye primer or La splash prime & base sealer? Try to grab some samples :-) Primers are every where now I'm sure you'll find the right one for you.

I had tried potion as well but it dried out my lids so bad and couldn't use it anymore.It's just trial and error with primers to find the perfect balance.Do you use eye cream? Just asking because sometimes that can interfere with primers.

Try Almay concealer. It sets incredibly matte and I use as my eyeshadow primer.

@Audrey its an over the counter brand you can find at any drug store. Its similar to a Cover Girl and Revlon. Its very matte and I think will combat the greasy. I've always used concealer under my eye shadow. Find it works better than any eye primer.

Try elf eyelid primer it is ridiculously dryyyyyyyyy so super dry its insane.
