I touch my face a lot and my foundation gets spotty if I use transculent powder it makes it even worse! Someone please help. I just got a new Mac foundation and I want to use it to the fullest.

Try some bb cream it hides all my imperfections.

Use a primer, powder matching your skin tone, and use the translucent powder over all of that! You can also get a setting spray. You don't have to get high end makeup either, stuff at the drugstore will work!
