Wing it out. You have a very hooded eye and when you look up it disappears. But if you wing it you still have the line sticking out and in makes a diffrence(:

You have a hooded eye, so it's hard to tell. Try making the line on your lid thin and close to the lash line then winging it out. What always helps when applying makeup on hooded eyes is doing it with your eyes open so you can see how it's going to end up.

Be careful when you wing liner out. A hooded eye may sometimes 'fold' on top of the wing. I think a small accent of one would look charming though!
