Before cleansing, splash with warm/hot water to open up your pores. Rinse with warm and then go over with cold to close up your pores

If you use warm water make sure that it's luke warm, but remember cold doesn't kill bacteria.

I heard using warm water is better than using hot water. but exactly what Priscilla said :3 splash with hot/warm water to open your pores, wash your face, then splash with cold water to close your pores again.
