I'm going as belle for Halloween and my dress is a light yellow and Sparkly. And I'm going to curl my hair and put red roses in in but I have no idea what shoes to wear. I would prefer flats :)

You could do red, blue, or black. (: I think black is just a universal staple color that goes well with everything, the red would accent the roses in your hair and I think the blue is just one of those colors that would go well with your costume.

I have a pair of Tory burch black flats with a metal Tory burch logo on the top (its gold) with would look really good!:)
