Mashell, check with your OB doctor. Only doctors can recommend or advise you that its safe to continue using Bio Oil during pregnancy, not the internet.

I just looked at the Bio-oil website to see the exact ingredients...this is what is said:
"Bio‐Oil has undergone safety assessments in accordance with the Council on Cosmetic Products. The toxicological profile, chemical structure, level of inclusion and total level of daily exposure of each ingredient used has been assessed and deemed safe for use (including for use by pregnant women)."
As far as putting it in your hair, the ingredients aren't much different than other hair oils I have used. It will be greasy, it's oil, especially if your hair is thin, just use it as a treatment (as in leave in overnight, wash out in the morning) for your hair unless your hair is VERY thick. I use oils all the time in my hair, by morning its all absorbed into the hair and its great (i have VERY thick, coarse, dry, color treated hair)There isn't a single ingredient that would work towards eliminating cellulite, however due to it's texture it could minimize the look of cellulite if your cellulite is minimal. Also just the act of massaging it into the cellulite areas will help, you can use your regular moisturizer too! ;-)

Bio Oil is supposed to be used to minimize scars, it is not recommended for pregnancy due to the high levels of Vitamin A in it. You need to becareful & check with your OB/GYN doctor for recommendations before using any products, especially during pregnancy. If you are trying to prevent stretch marks, use Coconut Oil or Cocoa Butter, not Bio Oil.

I haven't used bio oil for stretch marks but I use it on my face and skin in the winter when it gets über dry. I wouldn't use it in my hair though. It seems like it would be hard to get out and make your hair pretty greasy. Just use olive oil for a hair treatment. Also, I don't think it will do any good on cellulite :-(
