In the last couple of months I've noticed so much off my hair comes out in the shower or when I brush my fingers through it. What is the best product or remedy that would prevent that from happening?

If it gets worse, Rogain works well for regrowing hair, as for prevention, don't brush as often, be gentle and natural with your hair. Hope this helps a little bit.

Proper diet is first thing that you look at. high protein and salad diet is great for that. and liver. make sure you take enough vits and minerals.

Get aloe Vera, cut the plant and take away all the jelly stuff from inside. Put it in your shampoo and your hair will start getting stronger and help you with hair loss. I used to do that when I had long hair it worked until I chopped it off.

That the thing my diet is good! I love healthy foods! I'm on the pill, have been for ages, but it's only recently that my hair has been falling out. My hair isn't thin per say just a lot of it is ending up between my fingers or hair brush. Makes me really anxious

If you are healthy than don't worry, it's just a seasonal matter. About 100 hairs per day is normal:-)

It might have something to do with your shampoo n conditioner or maybe your hair is being weighed down - did you recently change shampoo/conditioner? or has it been a long time since your last haircut? otherwise some ppl's hair falls out due to stress - have you been stressed a lot lately? that could be it too... really could be any of these things

I think maybe stress, I change my shampoos quite often because I heard that its better for your hair not to get used to one shampoo or conditioner- hoping that switching it up would help to keep your hair stronger. I actually have been getting my hair cut quite often. Every 2/3 months. It's so frustrating. I've been doing a lot of oil treatments in the hope that it would help aswell but it hasn't really made a difference tbh
Thank you for the advice ladies

Yeah sometimes if the shampoo is too drying can make your hair brittle and break easy - but its probably stress and if so try to destress with some yoga or exercise I find is best when I'm stressed - otherwise maybe switch to different more moisturzing shampoo might help - I use paul mitchell moisture line and it makes a big difference for my hair.

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Eat eggs and poultry for protein, your hair is protein so it requires it to grow. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and eat plenty almonds, fish and dark green vegetables. Biotin also helps, and check your iron intake too. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from Pro Naturals, that’s what helped me a lot.
