Hello! I was looking for some simple makeup ideas for my Halloween costume. I'm going as minnie mouse, I have big blue eyes and was looking for something to make my eyes/eyelashes reallly pop without being super obnoxious looking. Any and all ideas are welcome! I'd love to hear everyone's opinion and try some out beforehand!
