I am 20. about to turn 21 next month... and I always have a few zits on my face... they come and go, but there is always a continuation of having pimples. if it goes away from one place, then there is another one somewhere else... hence, always a few of them..always. so, when will I have clear skin? anybody with similar concerns??

Everyone is different. Some people go on to have "adult acne" and have to deal with it as they age. Others is goes away after their teens. It all depends.

^^ joanna is right there is no set age unfortunately. My mother is 50 and still gets a pimple or toe when she gets closer to being on the cycle.

I've always had clear skin besides a few pimples here or there I'm 24 now and still have mini breakouts our random pimples. I just use concealer and always wash my face. I'm not sure there us a normal age for it to stop.

It depends on the person honestly. I turn 21 next month as well and I still get the occasional pimple. My coworker who is in her 30's still gets them to all depending on what she eats. You'll just have to see what happens.

I'm 20 today, and I still get spots. I'm lucky as my skin is pretty much clear (touch wood) most of the time, but I get the odd spot, especially at that time of the month and when I eat too much rubbish!

Most people who go to the dermatologist for acne concerns are actually in there 20s. Adult set acne is more common these days because of the typical diet and the ingredients in it. You also have to factor in your genes, your stress levels, the products you are using and hormones. It's very possible that many people actually never have acne free skin, but their acne just lessens over time, like a pimple here and there. Again it's all very relative...I hope it works out for you though!

No age for skin will ever be clear! You can get acne at which ever age because your skin is always going to produce sebum (oil). Your skin after around 40 will start to get more dry and will become more clear because there will be less sebum production.
