For hair and makeup maybe get green or black hair spray (you know the stuff you spray in your hair and washes out) and spray a couple streaks in your hair for makeup maybe a dark smokey eye or winged liner.

Love #1! For makeup I think a winged liner for eyes, lots of mascara and a red lip. I get a pin-up vibe from the outfit, so it's suiting. I also think tousled wavy hair would work beautifully. xx
