I'm being Minnie Mouse too! I made my own too too but you could probably use a cute flowy red skirt and a black top I also made mouse ears out of hard felt and I made tho bow to go on the ears as well so you could do that or you could just buy them somewhere lol and for your hair I think it would be super cute curled and for makeup do red lips dark lashes and a black dot on your nose! 💕 hoped this helped lol best of luck with your costume!!

Minnie is known for her spotted dress, but if you can't get hold of a spotted top/skirt it would look great having a red or black skirt/top.
Have you tried red lips too?
Hair wise I think soft curls would look great :)
