My hair is naturally wavy. Four/five times a week I add a slight curl with my wand (holding it for 10 seconds and using heat spray.) I also use coconut oil once a week and condition each night with split end treatment. Will this drastically damage my hair? Thanksss.

No, if you're not using a high heat, and since you're using heat spray, you should be fine. But ANY heat, no matter the temperature, is going to cause some kind if damage.

I don't think your hair gets damaged as you mentioned coconut oil and conditioner, however you use heat far too much that eventually cause split ends and is really bad for your hair! use natural ways to add curls to your hair as you mentioned its wavy like plait your hair overnight and open them in the morning (: just think like your hair is a human, would you drink coke everyday or rather have water as its better for your health? hope I helped xxx

Heat will damage hair but if it's once in a while the effect is minimal, especially if you take care of it like you've been doing. I also recommend using a good quality heat protector like pro naturals argan oil, it helps keep your hair healthy.
