You have such beautiful eyes and I love the darkness in your brows. I'd say you need bronzer and a peachy blush and I would do a smudged smokey eye because your eye shape similar to mine and I feel it would suit you well. I would also try a yellow based foundation because you have some redness like myself. Your lip color looks great. As for hair because it honestly seems thin I would say you should tease it and put some teased curls

Don't tease, it will ruin your hair! and the eyeliner is too much. for the right foundation - what's your undertone? try checking out maybelline FIT foundations, but maybe try maybelline's BB creams (theyve got 2 shades -light and medium), cuz the bb cream evens out the skin tone and gives a nice glow (its not glittery). and get a shade lighter concealer, I suggest something creamy, maybe try E.L.F. concealer stick, its pretty cheap. but don't put it just on the bags, blend it down on the nose sides. yeah try a little bronzer (don't get glittery/sparkly though), and peachy blush. get a volume mascara and put it only on your upper lashes, put white/creamy eyeshadow in your inner corners, to brighten up your eyes, I think that would be just enough.

I'd say use a CC cream and fill in your brows just a tad bit. If it's filled in in the picture or if it's just naturally dark, don't do anything. Use black eyeliner as it will bring out your beautiful eyes! Just blow dry your hair up to add some volume to your hair. Just use some tinted lip balm or lipstick, mascara, CC cream, concealer if you have any spots, add volume to your hair (curl it or something) blush, and personally, I think bangs would cute on you!

Don't bring you eyeliner out that far, & putting your hair up would look good on you 2.

As for hair try some layers no shorter than shoulder length also side swept bangs that brush right on your brows would look nice. As for skin try a green colored concealer to correct any redness (loreal makes one) a foundation that matches your complexion. A concealer the same as complexion for any imperfections on the face and right under the eyes.. Try a concealer one shade lighter and apply right under the puffy area under your eyes where it is indented this will help even out the under eye area and conceal puffiness. A cool toned pink blush, and a contour right under the cheekbones. Eyes use something lighter. You have slightly deep set eyes so use a light shadow on the inner corners and on the lid to bring it forward and use a shadow shade about 2 shades darker than your complexion right above your crease for some definition. Cut back on the liner, if you must use it try a smaller line and wing. Some mascara and whatever lip color you feel like wearing is fine! Your gorgeous! By the way!
