Best spot removing methods??

I have a big zit below my nose and its very noticeable, anyone have any methods to get rid of spots quickly?!

Take some honey and oatmeal to make it go down in size. Honey and tomato works great and you can do it every day. It has salicylic acid just scoop out the insides mush it up and mix it with honey preferably the raw organic kind. You can try a 10% sulfur ointment and sulfur soap bar for your face. You can also pop any liquid cap gel medicine like Advil or Tylenol and apply it there to make any swelling go down. Good luck :)
