Should I go for a full fringe/straight across bangs?

Basically I currently have trimmed hair however haven't styled it lately as have had permanent hair extensions in for a while but now I have decided to stop dying and putting them in to encourage my hair to grow nicely naturally, I will post a picture and am tempted to have a full fringe put in? Also if you have any tips on ways to grow my hair quick please tell! Thanks.

I love the idea! and to help your hair grow try hair and nail vitamins. The fish oil in the vitamins help your hair grow, makes it stronger, helps your nails grow and become stronger as well. I've also heard Prenatal vitamins work as well, just gives your hair a but more vitamins!:)
