I wouldn't use it with a cream cleaner though, I've tried and since cream cleansers don't lather, you would need to use a lot of product. Also, it's a pain to clean off after use, because cream cleansers get into the edges around the brush head and you need to rinse it off several times to make sure there is no left over cleanser residue. It's probably not advisable to use any physical exfoliating cleansers, like anything with scubby particles, because they're a pain to rinse from the brush and it's too much exfoliation for your skin at one time.

@Gladys If you use a round based exfoliater, it's okay. I use juice beauty's exfoliating cleanser with my Clarisonic every night with no issues. The key is something with smooth or no edges, example, shell based exfoliants will tear your skin to shreds.
