Smashbox has great neutrals kits and so does Benefit! As for the NYX palette (which I adore), I'd say you could get it on their website.

Coastal Scents warm palette or the Lorac Pro, which I prefer over any of the NAKED palettes anyway. I know it's available in the JC Penny Sephora's here in the states, not in the big stand alone stores for what ever reason.

Lorac pro isn't sold anywhere here in the UK at the moment, you can buy it from Amazon but it's shipped from America. As for NYX nude, you can buy that from Amazon and I'm pretty sure very.co.uk sell NYX products too. Hope that helps :)
