I used Dimple's clear eyelash glue to glue on some eyelashes. It all seemed fine then but a couple of hours later when I tried removing the eyelashes I found that the glue is literally rock hard. I somehow managed to take off the fake eyelashes but the glue is not moving at all. I thought eyelash glue is meant to have a stringy texture once dried but this is rock hard. I've got a cotton wool soaked in olive oil on my eye but it still isn't loosening up. Please can someone help me and advice me on what to do. Thank you so much in advance.

Maybe warm compress? I'm surprised the olive oil didn't work :(

Get individual lash glue remover and try applying that and let it sit to loosen it up.

Try using eye makeup remover like this one. I use it to take off my lashes & also to clean the glue off of them. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Neutrogena-R-Oil-Free-Eye-Makeup-Remover-Cleansing-5.5-Oz/10849667.

I'm sorry. I see you've tried olive oil. try coconut oil on a cotton bud. just rub the cotton bud over your lashes until the lashes are saturated. that should loosen the glue.

Oil. It breaks down the polymers (bonding ingredient in the glue). Then it'll slide right off

You need to let the oil sit for a lil bit in order to eat thru the polymers
