I was so excited to get my MUA beanie... after waiting over a month and still nothing..
I just began hearing all the terrible reviews on the brand, bad customer service and long wait times.

They, unprofessioanlly, let me know they would purposely be sending me the wrong product but that I'll be happy with it...

Have you guys tried them out?

I feel like they're a scam :( I really did try to love them, their lashes are so cute, and I feel like they just cater to whomever they want, I ordered some lashes in bulk and I never received them :( despite of calling and emailing them, and them promising me I would get my products I still never got them, now they are under "new management" and I reached out to them and they said that anything that was with "old management" has been taken care of in other words "we are sorry you didn't receive your package, we can't do anything about it"

Yeah they seem like a major scam.

He literally said I sent you a grey one, you'll like it.
I just said "no I won't like it cause I wanted a black one, I want my money back"

my friends have been waiting 2-4 months on lashes- that's so ridiculous
