I started using proactiv about a little over a week ago to clear up my acne. the past couple days I've noticed that my eyes are really wrinkly and they weren't like that before... I'm really upset! did the proactiv cause wrinkles?! how do I fix this? should I stop using proactiv?

Not just avoid eye area I don't think the pro active actually caused it I have proactive and I thought cleanser can be a little hard on the skin so maybe you're just a little too rough on the eye area with the cleanser because when I first started using it I found that my entire face was red for a little while because I have sensitive skin and it wasn't very sensitive.

I would suggest not using proactive. do a little bit more research on it, then make your decision.

I think it may have just dried out your skin, causing it to be tighter and less elastic causing wrinkles. the same happened to me when I switched facewashes (my skin was feeling tight and I felt/saw some lines and I'm only 14)

Make sure you moisturize and maybe switch back to the product you used before until your face regains its elasticity, then maybe use proactiv only once every few days (using your regular facewash the rest of the time). for a very gentle, moisture-filled wash I recommend cetaphil. it is super gentle and leaves your skin very soft.
