It depends where you live, in the uk we have a brand called collection which have come out with three limited edition lipsticks for Halloween called 'gothic' or something like that and they have a black... x

Pencil liner dries out lips. Go into a hot topic for a black lipstick they sell them fairly cheap.

There's a post on here in the editorial section called "black lipstick: the best color you have probably never tried!" it has most black lipsticks in a variety of price points with lip swatches and everything. they also review them and say how long they last. that might help! just search black lipstick in the editorial part and it's the one with a bunch of lipstick with the color coming out in a line from them if that makes sense. I think its the second one from.the top. hope this helps!
