It's probably a papular. These are inflamed red bumps that are caused by an overproduction of oil. Maybe your stressed or it's the humidity? I just don't understand how your skin is producing too much oils if you're using a moisturizer.. It could be a cyst (if so, it's usually genetics), but it's more like a papular.

It's mostly caused by bacteria so maybe your makeup is doing the damage? Do you clean your brushes? I also recommend Proactiv spot treatment (step 3) or the refining mask which is a sulfur mask that deeply cleans.

Treat the redness with some oats mixed with yogurt.

Oh and use Milk of Magnesium on your nose. It's a liquid medicine that instantly dries up oil. It's great to slide-proof and shine-proof your foundation. I've never tried it anywhere else on my face tho. You can get it in drugstores.

They could be cystic. Maybe you should go see a dermatologist to get products that'll help you best.

It's not gross hun. I usually get a couple of these on my chin around that time of the month, or if I eat a lot of sugary foods. I have pretty good skin, but I get these once every month or 2. They are very painful. Whenever I feel one under my skin I apply neosporin twice a day, I swear it helps a lot. Sometimes it will make them go completely away. But not always. If it's a really big one, it sometimes forms into a white head the next day. But goes away within another day. You can also try a sulfur ointment or cream to help with the inflammation. Try drinking a lottttt of water. And try to cut down on processed or sugary foods if it's your diet.
