It kind of looks like you're wearing jeans and jeans are always a no-no for an interview. Also I think the makeup is too heavy for an interview.

No jeans. A pencil skirt or just long Black Work Pants. Less lipstick. Maybe a normal look will do. Not much jewlery. But this my opinion if I was hiring someone. I'm not a guy.
