Acne and scars! Please help!

I get quite a lot of spots on my chin, nose and forehead. I also have lots of scarring on my chin. What are good ways to get rid of both of these?? Facewash, creams, masks etc. Please help!

I use proactive and it works so well, I also use clearasil and apricot scrub!! All of these products really work on reducing acne!!
