So my cousins having her 16th birthday in like a week and the theme is black and white circus. I kinda want a really edgy dark look but cute at the same time. I really need help on finding something to wear and accessories makeup and hair also please help me!! And also if you could tell me what stores to find the clothes at that would be very helpful too (:
