What do you girls think? Is water or green tea more effective for clearing skin? How many cups per day and how long does it take for effects to show? Thank you!!
P.S. if you don't mind, state skin type. Mines combination, slightly oilier in summer and slightly drier during winter

I think water is always the best. But if you want to have a special effect green tea could also work.

I have combination skin and I LOVE green tea and I personally think it works more than water and tastes better, but at school I drink water and tea at home.

I have normal skin, and both regular, and green tea work beautifully. Remember, you're not necessarily drinking the tea for yourself, but for your skin. So lay off on the great amounts of sugar. Both water and tea are good for your skin- they flush the toxins out.
Typically, I try to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day. The last 2 cups are in the tea that I drink. Just don't drown yourself with it. Too much water in your blood is dangerous.
So yes, both work amazingly. Try it!
