The most researched and most effective acne killing product is benzoyl peroxide, if you're having troubles getting rid of acne I suggest getting a cleanser and moisturizer (clean and clear) with benzoyl peroxide. Maybe even a spot treatment.

If you want to do this without involving big money spending try to eat possibly less sugar & spicy or fat foods. Have a lot of fresh air. First thing to do in the morning, try to wash your face not with water, but one or two ice cubes.

I love olive oil masks
Just put extra virgin olive oil on your face and leave it for half an hour

Wash your face in the morning, and at night with a oil-free, & fragrance-free (of you have sensetive skin) cleanser. Toners are optional. Use an oil-free moisturizer, and sunscreen as well. Pimples are a result of excessive oil, and dirt buildup. The glands in your skin is pushing out this oil. So it is important to make sure your face is clean. Drink lots of water, and get fresh air. Exfoliate once or twice a week to get rid of skin cell buildup. Try natural masks, or use masks designed for combating oily skin. Use oil-free, lightweighted makeup aswell- pimples may easily develop due to its inability to breath.
There are hundreds of things you can try, but these are some things that have been of personal success to me. Keep your face clean, develop a good skin care routine, and use oil-free products. There are many optional remedies aswell.
