Try Juice Beauty. They are natural, organic, and don't irritate my super sensitive skin.

I'd suggest the Body Shop. I use their Tea Tree Moisturizer and I think it works really well at reducing my acne and blackheads without drying my skin. As for face washes, try Aveeno. Their products are formulated for sensitive skin and if you use a rich, creamy concealer it should help your skin a lot. Another option is to go to Sephora and ask what products they recommend.

Oh, I second Burt's Bees as well! My sister swears by it, and if your skin is truly that sensitive you could try the "Baby Bee" line, which is formulated for infants' skin and would definitely be gentle on your sensitive skin.

You may be over-washing your face.

Alexandra, you shouldn't wash your face 2x a day. It's not necessary. Just cleanse at night, and in the morning splash your face with water, apply your moisturizer, and then your sunscreen. And if your skin is drying out, you should use a gentle cleanser (CeraVe foaming) along with a hydrating moisturizer (CeraVe in the tub) An oatmeal mask is great for redness. And as for breakouts, you can try a spot treatment with the tea tree oil (if it's irritating you can use a carrier oil to dilute it, like jojoba oil) or a sulfur cream.
