Well it depends on how much you'd like to spend. I always suggest Mac concealer. It's on the expensive side but it does wonder on my under eyes and blemishes!

I suggest NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, Kat Von D's Lock-it Tattoo concealer, or Revlon's Photo-ready concealer. I have fairly dry skin and none of those crease or appear dry on my forehead or chin. Can I ask where you would like to be using this concealer? I.e. under your eyes, forehead, etc.

Tarte has really creamy ones that don't move when placed but doesn't give a dry feel or look.
