My friend puts a little bit of salt on her toothbrush after she brushes her teeth and that's supposed to help whiten teeth.

I use baking soda and it helps a lot, but the results don't last very long.

I use the listerine before whitening rinse then Rembrant hydrogen peroxide tooth paste the green tube and I finish with crest 3D glamorous whitening rinse. I also floss but that's up to you. I know I'm making an ugly face but it was the only picture I have with my teeth showing so that you could actually see sorry >.<

My teeth have gotten a lot whiter since then and I've gone to the dentist and I asked if I was using to many whitening products for fear of it eating away at my enamel and they said no.
