Does anyone have acne with multiple heads? I don't regularly get acne, but when I do they come with 7-8 heads. Each time I pop one (when ready) there's more underneath it. Any suggestions on how to prevent this or how to deal with it. Thanks so much! :)

It sounds like you need some serious exfoliation without being too harsh. You probably have layers dead skin and clogged pores. I used to get weird zits like that that turned all huge til I started doing more chemical exfoliation and scrubs. You just have to make sure to be gentle bet effective.

Mary- Thanks!! I'll look into chemical exfoliation. Any suggestions? I just started a new scrub. It's gentle and so far I like it. I hope it does the trick. Should I use a scrub everyday/night? I think that could be a lot.

Oh no!! Do not use a scrub every night. Too much of good thing is never good. You can use an enzyme peel...I use one from AmorePacific. It comes in a powder form but once you add a few drops of water and then apply to skin...takes away the rough skin. I use it MAYBE every other day in the morning. Another form of chemical exfoliation that is powerful but yet gentle is using glycolic acid of at least 17%. Used three times a week this will definitely take care of the breakouts and rough textured skin. I rotate between the enzyme and glycolic depending on how my skin is behaving and its needs. If I'm experiencing no issues I just stick with the enzyme but if see some chaos about to erupt I reach for the glycolic.

I wanna go to Shelly's house and see her collection!! Def not everyday. Especially in the beginning. In school were taught twice a week but I do more than that. Glycolic acid is wonderful for acne! I love a manual scrub too!

I use latic acid peel and manual it does not matter what you choose you just pick what works for you skin and stick with it you can work your way up to exfoliating more days but start with 2 to 3 times a week and try a detox mask you sound like your skin is very congested, and use a salicylic cleanser that will help clear out your pore walls
